WHAT IS ALPHA?

Alpha is an open and informal dialogue about faith, the person of Jesus, and what it all means to us today. Whether you come from another faith, or have no faith at all, Alpha is a great place to explore the big questions of life in a safe and inviting community. Questions like: What is my purpose? Is Jesus still relevant? Is God present in my loneliness? How can I have hope?

Watch the video below to get a little taste of what Alpha is like.

Who is alpha for?

The Alpha course is designed primarily for people who aren’t churchgoers. It is not limited by age, background, or religious viewpoint. If you have questions about life and faith, Alpha is for you. Churchgoers are welcome to attend with any guests they invite

How does Alpha work?

The emphasis is on exploration and discovery in a relaxed and informal environment. This takes place around tables in a small group where you get to know each other, build trust, and deepen friendships. The evening starts with a meal followed by a short video and conversation where you are free to ask your questions without judgment, or simply listen.
